HPV Awareness day is celebrated globally on 4th March each year.  We invite you to participate and join us for the SAMRC/UCT GCRC’s celebration of HPV Awareness Day, in honour of  Prof. Anna-Lise Williamson, renowned international virologist and HPV researcher. 

Our HPV research day will be a hybrid meeting where we will focus on HPV awareness, prevention and treatment, vaccination strategy  and why HPV is such an important public health issue that needs to be addressed.

This will take place on Thursday, 9th March  2023 from 14h00 – 17h30, with the face-to-face meeting to be held at the Neuroscience Institute, J Block, New Main Building, Groote Schuur Hospital, Observatory.  For virtual attendees, the link for the online meeting will be  sent after we receive your registration form (see attached).
