Dear colleagues and students,
 
An Ad Hoc Task Team set up by the Deanery and the Dean’s Advisory Committee together with student leaders with a purpose of setting up the Selection Task Team and the Faculty Undergraduate Oversight Task Team (UOTT) has been established. The minutes of the first two meetings held on February 10 and 17 are included for your perusal.
 
Importantly, we are now calling for nominations for the Selection Task Team and the Faculty Undergraduate Oversight Task Team. A document that summarises the terms of reference and the process of nomination and selection of the UOTT is attached. The deadline for submission of names for these two structures in March 2 2017.
