Self-leadership training 

 

This training takes place over a period of 8 weeks, IN PERSON. 

 

Course Outline: 

  • Module 1: 4 hours 
    • Introduction/ Psychological Strength Constructs (Self-efficacy, Sense of Coherence (SOC), Locus of Control (LOC)/ Goal Setting / Basic Stress Management/ Self-Care 
  • Module 2: 3 ½ hours 
    • Review of M1/ Emotional Awareness and Regulation, Realistic Optimism and Negative Thinking 
  • Module 3: 3 ½ hours 
    • Review of M2 / Effective Communication 
  • Module 4: 3 ½ hours 
    • Review of M3 / Problem Solving 
  • Module 5: 3 ½ hours 
    • Review of M4 /Conflict Resolution 
  • Module 6:  3 ½ hours 
    • Review of M5/ Building an Emotional-Psychological Resilience Plan /Programme Evaluation /Conclusion 

 

Graduation 3 hours 

 

Each module is built on the previous module, and the group will be a closed group which means that should you miss the first session you will not be allowed to join subsequent sessions. The staff commitment would be required for the FULL seven sessions in order to achieve the desired outcomes, and should you be interested we can facilitate groups of 15 -20.
