In this introductory course, you will learn the fundamentals of the R software and programming environment – how to install R and load data into it – and continue with basic data manipulation, visualization, and usage of basic statistical functions, etc. This short course is for anyone who wants to learn the basics of R.

Registration: required - priority given to current students enrolled in the MPH program.

Fees: No charge for students taking MPH courses, or for staff who are part of the School of Public Health. R500 / workshop for people from other departments/faculties, payable by internal fund transfer only
