Extend your skills needed to explore and manipulate data in R. In this course, you will learn how to create customizable summary tables ready for publication (e.g., Table 1 containing demographics) via gtsummary() package. You will also be introduced to ways to analyse epidemiological data (e.g., measures of disease frequency and association) via epiR() package.

Registration: required - priority given to current students enrolled in the MPH program.

Fees: No charge for students taking MPH courses, or for staff who are part of the School of Public Health. R500 / workshop for people from other departments/faculties, payable by internal fund transfer only
