This year’s lecture will be presented by Professor Willem Hanekom, Executive Director of the Africa Health Research Institute (AHRI).
Professor Hanekom has dedicated his career to TB vaccine discovery and development, including leading the South African TB Vaccine Initiative and serving in key global advisory roles to WHO and other partners. His insights into the future of TB prevention promise to make this an exceptional and forward-looking lecture.
