Course 6 – Survival analysis with R workshop 
Learn how to perform survival analysis in R. In this workshop, you will run the Kaplan-Meier plot and log-rank test and interpret the results. Run Cox regression models in R and interpret the output. Check assumptions of the Cox model in R.

Registration: Required - priority given to current students enrolled in the MPH program.

Fees: No charge for students taking MPH courses, or for staff who are part of the School of Public Health. R500 / workshop for people from other departments/faculties, payable by internal fund transfer only.
