With the end of the year approaching and in alignment with central advertising and HR deadlines, the Faculty of Health Sciences' Employment Equity Committee (EEC) and Transformation Equity Committee (F-TEC) will be on leave from Friday, 13 December 2024 to Monday, 13 January 2025.

Please ensure that all requests for recruitment mandates and support for waivers of advertisement are made using the links below before the deadline to avoid delaying your timelines.

We thank you all for your commitment to transformation and employment equity this year. As a faculty, we have been on a collective learning curve as we have navigated new policies, systems and processes but as a collective, we also have made excellent progress. The FHS is one of the few faculties that has already fully transitioned to the new EE guidelines and we are leading in having one of the highest number of staff who have completed the Fundamentals of Employment Equity training — well done to all of you on this achievement!
