Celebrating our latest ad hominem promotions for 2025
Dear Staff and Student Colleagues
We are located in the place of the stars — Igamirodi !khaes, as the First Nations called it. All of us shine with different hues to make the constellation of this great Faculty of Health Sciences even more brilliant. Once again, I am delighted that we celebrate one group of stars among the many who make up this radiant place: those who have submitted themselves to the scrutiny of their peers and have been awarded promotions, both academic and in scientific and technical areas. These promotions are effective 1 January 2025.
These colleagues presented portfolios of evidence in which they demonstrated exemplary performance in research, teaching and learning; excellence in the scientific and technical domains, which support our academic project; effective leadership and management; and a commitment to social responsiveness.
