Sudarshan has a Master’s in public health (Epidemiology and Biostatistics) (UCT)

Medical Doctor | After graduating as a Medical Doctor in 2019, he completed his 2-year internship in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa. Throughout this internship, he became increasingly aware of the poor, insufficient facilities and resources to early cancer detection and diagnosis at a primary health care level, with patients often only being diagnosed with late-stage cancer. Working in such an environment and being driven to improve the health and quality of life of the South African public, piqued his interest in cancer research.
