This course is aimed at Clinical Coders and Case Managers; those seeking a career in Clinical Coding or Case Management.
The course consists of two days of lectures and a 6-week distance learning assignment.
Entry requirements: Completion of Basic Training in Complete Current Procedural Terminology for South Africa
Course Content:
Intermediate rule and conventions pertaining to:
- The integumentary system
- The musculoskeletal system
- Cardiovascular system
- Urinary system
- Male genital system
- Female genital system
- Maternity care and delivery
A digital certificate of completion will be issued to participants on successful completion of the course.
