This course is aimed at all personnel involved in case management in the healthcare industry.
The course consists of two days of lectures including practical exercises.
Entry requirements: NQF 4: Grade 12 / Matric Certificate Qualification is the minimum requirement (English, Mathematics)
Live Lectures via MS Teams: All course fees are due in full 2 weeks before the training commences.

Apply the principles of case management
Integrate the components of case management in the case management plan
A digital certificate of completion will be issued to participants on successful completion of the course.
