Postgraduate training in Physiotherapy may be undertaken at a Masters or Doctoral level. The MSc (Physiotherapy) may be undertaken part-time or full time, and should take a maximum of three years to complete. The MSc (Exercise and Sports Physiotherapy) may only be undertaken part-time over three years. The PhD (Physiotherapy) may be undertaken part-time or full time, and should take a maximum of five years to complete. Selection for all programmes is made primarily on the basis of academic merit. Some consideration is also given to relevant background in clinical physiotherapy, and administrative, research and teaching experience in physiotherapy.
