Introduction:

As a newly appointed academic in the field of paediatrics in PT, I bring over 2 decades of clinical experience at Eros School, where my work with children with childhood-onset disabilities shaped and deepened my passion for paediatric care. This extensive hands-on experience has informed my commitment to improving outcomes for young people with complex developmental needs. In 2024, I completed my PhD which focussed on the challenges experienced by adolescents with cerebral palsy as they transition into adulthood. My research reflects a strong interest in bridging gaps in care, participation, and support during this critical life stage. As an emerging academic, I am dedicated to integrating clinical insight with research and teaching to advance paediatric and adolescent health.
