Our department uses a variety of imaging modalities, including radiographs, ultrasound, CT, MRI as well as fluoroscopy, to aid in the diagnosis and management of oncological related disease. We work closely with department of oncology and have regular meetings to assess individual cases at a multi-disciplinary platform which also serves as a teaching environment for registrars and specialists.
Our department works closely with the nuclear medicine department to assist in co-interpreting radionuclide studies.
Different imaging modalities are used to help in histological diagnosis. We offer a range of interventional procedures to assist in the management of associated oncological pathology.
