The Radiology Department offers a comprehensive diagnostic and interventional imaging service, including fluoroscopy (with hysterosalpingography), ultrasound, CT, MRI, and image-guided procedures.

The department provides imaging support for a broad range of conditions, including gynaecological malignancies, pregnancy-related conditions, post-operative complications, and infertility investigations. Specialised foetal MRI examinations are also performed.

Multidisciplinary collaboration is strengthened through monthly combined Radiology and Gynae-Oncology meetings led by Dr Petri Ahlers, where complex cases are reviewed to enhance patient care, improve services, and encourage ongoing interdepartmental learning and feedback.

In addition, uterine artery, adenomyosis and pelvic congestion embolisation procedures are performed by the Interventionall radiology team in the interventional radiology suite.
