To support our commitment to excellence in clinical teaching and evidence-based practice, the University is pleased to provide faculty-wide trial access to AMBOSS, a premier digital medical knowledge platform, effective through June 30, 2026.
While students will utilize the platform for clinical reasoning and exam preparation, we are providing access to our academic staff to assist with curriculum development, bedside teaching, and clinical reference.


Key Resources for Faculty:

  • Evidence-Based Library: Access a comprehensive, peer-reviewed database of clinical knowledge, including up-to-date guidelines, diagnostic pathways, and management protocols.
  • High-Resolution Multimedia: Utilize a vast library of professional illustrations, imaging (with toggleable digital overlays), and histopathology slides for use in your lectures or small-group tutorials.
  • Clinical Decision Support: Use the platform as a quick-reference tool during rounds to demonstrate the latest evidence-based approaches to students.


Enhanced Functionality: Educator Tools

For those involved in active assessment or curriculum mapping, AMBOSS offers an Educator Tools add-on. This allows you to:
  • Create and share custom question sets for your students.
  • Monitor student engagement and identify collective knowledge gaps within a cohort.
  • Align AMBOSS content with your specific module learning objectives.


How to Activate Your Access:

Mobile Access: Once registered, you can download the AMBOSS Knowledge and Qbank apps for offline use in clinical settings.


How to Access the Educator Tools:

To be able to use the Educator Tools feature, your account needs to be upgraded from Learner to Educator status. For this, kindly contact institutions@amboss.com.
