The NISH Helpdesk is a support mechanism to provide urgent guidance on issues related to NITAG activities. The Helpdesk is a node responding to ad hoc requests from NITAGs in the WHO African Region ( see Countries) and acts as a “clearing house” for information that supports NITAGs.
The Helpdesk offerings include:
● Technical support in mathematical modelling, health economics, health systems and design thinking
● Rapid evidence synthesis support to conduct rapid evidence reviews and rating the quality of evidence
