Medical Devices Lab wins DST Best Innovation Award 2017

Congratulating to the Medical Devices Lab led by Dr Sudesh Sivarasu in the Division of Biomedical Engineering for winning the DST Best Innovation Award 2017 in the category 'Innovation most likely to find markets nationally/ internationally' for their technology platform 'Additive Manufactured Medical Devices'. This award was bestowed at an exhibition during the Innovation Bridge 2017 event recently organized by DST in Johannesburg.  The technology platform was very well received by Minister of Science and Technology Mrs. Naledi Pandor.
