UCT a Global Leader in HIV Research

A new report shows UCT as the leading research institution in the world in the field of HIV in terms of Field-Weighted Citation Impact (FWCI; the ratio of citations received – in this case by the publications from the institution - to the average number of citations within a field). It is a powerful indicator of the internationally-recognised research taking place on HIV across the University, including in SPH&FM.
