Eke's research primarily involves the application of geospatial statistical methods to various diseases in low-resource settings. These methods can add value for policymakers in health resource allocation. Sparsity and poor quality of data often plague these areas, making it necessary to employ complex statistical methods to gain useful insights on the spatial distribution and possible ecological drivers of diseases. Eke also interested in spatio-temporal surveillance for non-communicable diseases.
