Luke is a Biostatistician in the Division of Epidemiology and Biostatistics. His research focusses on the development of novel computational and statistical methods for the analysis of recurrent events and high-dimensional compositional data. With a particular focus on the development of appropriate statistical methods for the analysis of longitudinal multi-omics datasets. His work aims to generate fully reproducible analytic workflows for robust inference on longitudinal microbiome sequencing data.
