Face-to-face or online
We offer both face-to-face consultations (at either venue above) and online consultations for our distance-based postgraduate students. For online sessions you can choose our online platform (audio, video and text-based options) or MS Teams, your consultant will email you a link.
How long to book
30–60 minutes Task analysis, or documents under 7 pages.
2 hours More than 7 pages. Your consultant reads for the first hour; log on at the start of the second.
Up to 15 pages The maximum we read in one session (can be more than one document). For longer work, book multiple appointments and plan your journey with your consultant.
Please upload your document to the WL system by 9:00 on the day of your appointment, or give your consultant enough context to prepare. Note: uploading doesn't mean the consultant will read it beforehand, except in 2-hour sessions, where the first hour is dedicated to reading.
