How did your journey to the Dept of Medicine Education Administration Team start, and what are the aspects of your work that you enjoy the most?
My name was on the redeployment list as I was retrenched at UCT. I was invited for an interview in the Dept of Med which I attended and, a few days later, was notified that I had been successful. That was around July 2013. My journey begin on the 1 August 2013 in the Dept of Medicine and I have enjoyed working there ever since. Without a doubt what I enjoy most is interacting with students and assisting them in any way I can.
Are you still studying, and do you still have dreams that you would love to fulfil?
At the moment I am not studying but planning to register for Diploma in Business Admin in 2023/2024. My Dream is to achieve the Diploma in Business Admin and apply for higher Admin positions within the University.
