Online FCA Part 1 Teaching Programme (Mondays, 18h00 – 20h00)
An online teaching programme for Part 1 (Primary Examination for the Fellowship of the College of Anaesthetists) is held every Monday from 18h00 to 20h00. The sessions are organized by Dr. Khulile Singata, with Adam Carpenter serving both as an instructor and the UCT representative. Each Monday evening features two one-hour tutorials (18h00–19h00 and 19h00–20h00), delivered by consultants from UCT and private practice on a wide range of key topics in Physics, Pharmacology, and Physiology.
There are no fees from UCT’s side. Dr. Singata is working to have these sessions validated by the CMSA and to secure CPD points for participants. All sessions are recorded, and recordings can be made available on request. A dedicated WhatsApp group is available for communication and updates; please contact Dr. Singata directly to be added. Prospective candidates from all institutions are welcome to attend.
