New Staff Member - Angela Hoffmann

Angela Hoffmann joined the Division of Immunology (DOI) as a Laboratory Technologist on 3rd February 2020. We welcome her with a short interview about her position and few fun facts.

Previous Position: Clinical Trial Administrator

What are your duties at the DOI?

Assisting with research group laboratory activities and experiments as well as maintaining the administrative upkeep.

Why did you choose to join the DOI?

I am super interested in clinical research! I have my MSc in Genetics, and while I enjoyed the administrative part of clinical research, my heart was yearning to get back into the laboratory!

What are your goals at the DOI?

To broaden my knowledge and skills in clinical research and to help contribute to the success of the projects I am involved in.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?

My alarm clock, a daily plan-of-action and a hot cup of tea!

Any interesting hobbies?

I really enjoy playing card- and board-games!
