In its Strategic Plan, the Division of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology has affirmed the central importance of the sub-disciplines of Forensics, and their applications in the field. The following themes have been identified and the group has consolidated and strengthened its research activities into the listed main research thrusts. Interdisciplinary research and collaborative industry partnerships underpin these thrusts.
