Dr Liza Clegg completed her MBChB in 2015 through Stellenbosch University. She went on to complete her internship in East London and her community service in Harrismith. Dr Clegg then returned to East London to work in the Department of Neurosurgery, prior to joining UCT's Division of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, wherein her true passion lies. She has since obtained her Diploma in Forensic Pathology and is completing her specialist training in 2024. Dr Clegg's research involved the evaluation of post-mortem drug redistribution.
