We are proud to launch the latest report from the Children's Nursing Workforce Observatory, where we're lighting the way for the future of children's healthcare across Sub-Saharan Africa. 🌍✨

Our latest findings from the 2022 academic year are in, and they're bursting with promise: with 33 thriving training programs and 176 brilliant new graduates, our community of qualified children's nurses has grown to an impressive 2,193!

But our journey doesn't stop here. We're on a quest to bridge the gap between the growing demand for training and the need for more specialised educators. Why? Because every child deserves the best care, and we're committed to making that a reality.

This project isn't just about numbers; it's about advocacy and progress. Through collaboration across all members of the Africa Children’s Nursing Educators Forum, and the Open Science Framework, we're sharing knowledge, fostering connections, and empowering each other to bring quality nursing care to children across the continent.
