Are you considering doing a PhD?
Consider completing this short programme first!
The PhD Preparedness Programme is a 12-week fully online course facilitated by The Harry Crossley Children's Nursing Development Unit in the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health, University of Cape Town.
The aim of the course is to help students bridge the gap between a Master's degree and a PhD, especially if the Master's degree was a clinical or professional degree with less focus on independent research and academic writing skills. The outcome of this course is that students will have a very clear idea of what the PhD journey looks like as well as have the basic skills to tackle a PhD.
