On the 4th of January, Titus, a current MSc student applied to enrol for a PhD programme in Medical Science at the University of Cambridge, in the MRC Mitochondrial Biology Unit.

The research project investigates the Mitochondrial transporter proteins involved in the maturation of complex I; Prof. Edmund Kunji and Prof. Judy Hirst supervise the project. He is still waiting to receive funding for the PhD programme, and once all admin work is completed, he will leave for Cambridge on the 1st of October 2023. Although he will be sorely missed in the Division, we are extremely proud of Titus and wish him well on this new chapter of his academic journey!!!
