Dr Marieke Theron

Marieke is a Senior Scientist at the South African Medical Research Council, specializing in public health nutrition and alcohol policy. She holds a PhD in Public Health and has published research influencing national policy on alcohol regulation and institutional nutrition standards. Dr Theron currently serves as Chairperson of the Nutrition Society of South Africa.
