Dr Tulipoka Soko

Adjunct Associate Professor

Dr Tulipoka Soko serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the CNDU, a role that recognises her exceptional expertise and achievements in nursing leadership at both national and global levels.

With extensive experience as a nurse practitioner and leader, Dr Soko brings deep insight into the professional, social, and organisational contexts that shape nursing leadership across Africa. Her work focuses on empowering nurses through a scholarly approach that integrates research-based evidence with rich experiential knowledge.

At CNDU, Dr Soko contributes to teaching and mentorship within the Master of Nursing in Child Nursing programme, particularly in the area of clinical leadership. She also advises on initiatives related to human resources for health and nursing workforce development, while supporting the personal and professional growth of postgraduate students and coaching team leaders through the Best Practice Project.

Dr Soko’s leadership, scholarship, and commitment to advancing nursing excellence continue to influence the next generation of nurse leaders across Africa.
