Research in the Division of Cell Biology encompasses diverse approaches to understanding normal cellular processes and how they are altered in disease. This includes the study of cancer, neuronal development and regeneration, synaptic signalling in the brain, vascular and ocular biology, stem cells and the identification of novel therapeutic approaches to treat a wide range of diseases from cancer to epilepsy.
