These notes are based a collection of lectures given to clinicians training in psychiatry who require a working knowledge of the practice of neuropsychiatry. They are intended to provide clear, concise and conceptual information, and are not an exhaustive description of the field. Anyone with an interest, or working with patients suffering from a range of neuropsychiatric conditions, might find these helpful. The focus is on conditions that occur in low-and-middle-income countries. These notes are free to download, copy and use. They are not intended for any commercial use. They will be updated as new information and approaches come to light.
