Let your voice be heard by taking part in the first faculty-wide transformation survey!

The aim of the survey is for the Deanery to hear your voices as members of the UCT Faculty of Health Science’s community. The information collected will be translated into the design and implementation of collaborative initiatives to recreate a nurturing and supportive Faculty.

The survey is online and anonymous and should take about 40 minutes to complete. If you are unable to complete the survey in one sitting, you have the option to save the work you have completed at any point and return later by clicking on the ‘Save and Return’ button.

If you are faced with questions which you feel may not specifically pertain to you or your role in the Faculty, we encourage you to answer the question from your own perspective and based on your own experiences. If you feel that any question does not apply to you or you would prefer not to answer a specific question, you should select "0" on the slide rule (for Likert scale questions).

Full participation in this survey is vital if the culture of the Faculty is to be reshaped and everyone’s lived experiences are to be changed in a positive and meaningful way.
All full-time UCT academic staff, jointly appointed staff, PASS staff, and all currently registered undergraduate and postgraduate health sciences’ students are urged to use this unique opportunity to make their voices heard.

Please be part of the change that you want to see in the Faculty. Watch this video about why your participation in this survey matters.
