Dr Riyaadh Roberts
I am the Deputy Head of Division of Anatomical Pathology at the University of Cape Town, and a Principal Pathologist within the National Health Laboratory Service. I completed my undergraduate medical MBChB in 2004 at the University of Cape Town, achieving the degree with first class honours and distinction .
I did my postgraduate registrar training in Anatomical Pathology at the University of Cape Town from 2009 until May 2013, culminating in my passing of the Fellowship examinations of the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa. My Master of Medicine degree, focusing on gastric carcinomas, was conferred in June 2014. My main fields of diagnostic and research interest are Dermatopathology, Cardiac Pathology, Pulmonary Pathology and Anatomical pathology education.
