Mr Matamela Charles Mabugana

Mr. Matamela Mabugana, equipped with a master's degree in chemical pathology from the University of Pretoria and registered as a biomedical scientist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) specializing in Microbiology, brings over four years of post-qualification technical expertise in molecular biology, clinical chemistry, and microbiology. His comprehensive skill set extends to research areas such as sexually transmitted infections (STIs), antiviral-induced diabetes, and biomarkers. 
Within the HAMLET Team, Matamela assumes a crucial role, contributing to sample processing, analysis, and results reporting. Beyond his technical responsibilities, he provides valuable administrative support for the HAMLET project. Matamela's academic prowess, coupled with his hands-on expertise, positions him as an indispensable asset to the team, fostering advancements in research methodologies and outcomes within the complex domain of biomedical science.
