As the Research Nurse for the HAMLET study team, Sr. Ally Oosthuizen, a seasoned Registered Professional Nurse with over 25 years of experience, brings extensive expertise in neonatology, paediatrics, and midwifery. Transitioning to research nursing in 2020, she aligns her profound passion for maternity and neonatology with her professional focus. 
Sr. Ally's contributions are integral to our research, encompassing responsibilities such as coordinating placenta collection, meticulous data gathering, and participant recruitment. Beyond her role, she actively supports, motivates, and guides our dynamic team. Sr. Ally's dedication, expertise, and enthusiasm underscore her commitment to the success of the HAMLET study, playing a pivotal role in advancing our understanding of maternal and neonatal health.
