The World Health Organization (WHO) has set recommendations for routine immunisation within Member States. These recommendations have been adapted by each Member State to develop country-specific immunization schedules. The WHO website provides a schedule of the routine immunisation schedules for countries in all the 6 WHO regions.
The schedules include information on primary infant immunization, adolescent and adult vaccination, as well as vaccines for travellers. Data for these schedules are as provided by each country through the WHO-UNICEF Joint Reporting Form.
