Dr Jacobus (Jaco) Theron joins the Cardiovascular Research Unit as Biomaterials Research Group Leader. Jaco obtained his PhD in the Unit under the mentorship and supervision of the late Professor Deon Bezuidenhout. He has worked extensively in the field of polymer derivatisation.
