Elizabeth O. Oduwole

Elizabeth O. Oduwole (Ph.D.) is a highly motivated African female researcher, with deep passion for vaccine implementation science. She obtained both her Master's degree in Medical Microbiology and PhD in Public Health from the Stellenbosch University, South Africa. Elizabeth's primary area of interest is on vaccine confidence and vaccine hesitancy research.

Elizabeth serves as an evidence-informed decision-making specialist research officer with the National Immunization Technical Advisory Group (NITAG) Support Hub (NISH). Her duties include providing support and training in vaccinology and evidence-to-recommendation process (EtR) to NITAG members and leading and coordinating different funders and stakeholders’ projects. Elizabeth is the first author of six published articles in ISI journals, co-author of two, and has two manuscripts currently under review. She also serves as a reviewer for several journals.
