New publication

Kamunkhwala Gausi, a PhD student in our group, recently published a paper in the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine (AJRCCM).

The publication is titled “A Semi-Mechanistic Model of the Bactericidal Activity of High-Dose Isoniazid Against Multi-Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis: Results from a Randomized Clinical Trial”. The analysis identified the optimal isoniazid dose for drug-resistance tuberculosis caused by inhA-mutations.
