Dr. Harriet Thompson, a South African-trained Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, is currently pursuing her MMED in reproductive medicine. Her ongoing research is dedicated to exploring biomarkers in culture media and follicular fluid to enhance the outcomes of in vitro fertilization (IVF). Driven by a profound passion for women's health, particularly fertility, she finds immense fulfillment in her career.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Thompson is a devoted mother to two beautiful daughters. Their presence serves as a constant inspiration, fueling her commitment to assisting other women and men in experiencing the profound fulfillment and joy that parenting brings. She firmly believes that access to fertility treatment should be considered a right, not a privilege.
