Dr Linda de Villiers

Linda de Villiers is a specialist at the University of Cape Town (UCT) Division of Geriatric Medicine. She participates in the full undergraduate and postgraduate medical and allied professions teaching programme.

Her main research interest area is stroke. She has developed a data bank of stroke patients at Groote Schuur Hospital and GF Jooste Hospital and protocols for the management of stroke in various evolutionary stages.

She is a member of the the South African Geriatrics Society (SAGS).
