Eliciting preferences for food on university campuses in Europe and South Africa: discrete choice experiment.
Dr Irina Pokhilenko is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Economics of Obesity at the University of Birmingham (UK). Her research focuses on wider determinants of obesity, with a particular focus on the economics of food provision in educational settings.
Charles Maseko is a Master of Public Health candidate in Health Economics at the University of Cape Town and a Research Assistant at the Health Economics Unit. His research focuses on economic evaluation of health interventions and programmes, healthcare financing and food security. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health from the University of Pretoria.
