Collectively, CARA members presented one symposium of five oral presentations focussing on autism interventions, 6 additional oral presentations, and 2 posters. Stella Mokitimi and Tania Swart shared the award for Best Nursing Research, and John-Joe Dawson-Squibb and Stella Mokitimi shared the best student publication prize. Marisa Viljoen won the award for best student poster. At the conference AGM Prof Petrus de Vries was elected as Chairperson of SA-ACAPAP for the next two years. Well done all!
