We are so proud to announce Prof de Vries's election as a fellow of INSAR. This announcement was made at the annual INSAR meeting in Rotterdam in May, 2018. At the same meeting CARA team members Marisa Viljoen, Lauren Franz, Michal Harty, Liezl Schlebush, Sarosha Pillay, and Petrus de Vries presented posters and CARA received the Cultural Diversity Research Award in recognition of CARA's work in conducting community-based or community-partnered research that leaves a lasting impact on underserved and under-researched communities. Congratulations to Prof de Vries and the CARA team on such a successful INSAR 2018 conference!
