Polycarp Ndibangwi is a PhD candidate at the Cape Heart Institute, University of Cape Town. His research activities have involved the use of Next Generation Sequencing methods, Advanced Statistical programs, Bioinformatics, Genetics and Molecular Biology techniques. He has focused on determining the putative pathogenic variants in cardiomyopathy patients recruited into the African Cardiomyopathy and Myocarditis Registry Program (IMHOTEP).
