Dr Graham Chakafana

Graham Chakafana is a protein biochemist by training who is currently a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at the Stanford Cardiovascular Institute at Stanford University, California. Before joining Stanford, Graham was a Postdoctoral Researcher under the mentorship of Prof. Karen Sliwa. His personal research interests include heart failure proteomics, protein structure and function, signaling pathways and drug design. Graham is a member of multiple international societies including the American Herat Association and the European Society of Cardiology. He also currently serves as an associate editor for Frontiers in Molecular Biosciences journal.
